Entering your e-mail address is very important, as it will enable you to track your order and access your order history. 

Your internet account and your telephone account are different.

When you invoice, you will be assigned a single account, which you can use to consult your sales documents in your BILLING AREA.

When you register, make sure that the e-mail you receive to create your account has not gone into SPAM.

You can access your customer area whenever you like. Here you'll find your personal information, order history and progress report.

Your invoices or credit notes will be sent to you separately and can be consulted in your Invoice Area HERE

How-to video for our BILLING AREA

SODIMED has been working with FEDEX for over 20 years, and we guarantee delivery in FRANCE in 80% of cases the next morning, and in 20% of cases within 48 hours (in remote areas).

We remind you that to guarantee fast delivery, orders must be placed by 5.30 pm at the latest. Valid by phone or internet.

After this time, your order will be processed but shipped the next day.

Our opening hours are 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Technical Support from 8H to 12H and from 14H to 19H

Sales support from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.

SODIMED attaches great importance to product traceability and compliance with standards.

All new suppliers are required to meet a set of specifications, and it is for this reason that you are also entitled to request regulatory documents (CE, ISO, Material Safety Data Sheets) from us.

All product LOT numbers are shown on your invoice.

As you may have noticed, the SODIMED website has been revamped, and many new products have been added.

In view of the number of items in stock, we have deliberately selected some products and we invite you to call us if you cannot find the product you are looking for.

Any product sold by SODIMED can only be taken back under the following conditions:

- Notify SODIMED of the return by calling the logistics department.

- Packaging must be intact and unopened

- No product will be taken back after 30 days and if it does not comply with the above conditions.

- All returns must be accompanied by a returns form(downloadable HERE), filled in and indexed on your return.

If all conditions are met, you will receive a VOUCHER, available in your BILLING AREA. You also have the right to request a refund.

Return shipping is at your expense and we cannot be held responsible for any loss.
