HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE STORED?

If the account has not been used and an order has not been placed for a period of 3 years, the user account is classified as inactive. Any new connection to the user account starts the 3-year period running again. At the end of this period, the data relating to the inactive account is deleted.

Data collected for the online quote request service offered by the website are kept for 10 years in accordance with the French Commercial Code when the quote leads to an order, or are deleted when the quote is not validated.

The data collected for the services offered by the Contact us website are kept for the time necessary to respond and are then deleted.

Data relating to the fulfillment of legal obligations: until such time as the legal obligation ceases or the legal action is concluded.

DATA TRANSFER

The Company and its subcontractors host data within the European Union.
