DESS® Digital Analog

DESS® Astra EV digital analogs are manufactured in either AiSi 303 stainless steel or Grade 5 ELI (Grade 23 anodized) titanium, depending on the version. They are color-coded for each implant platform, facilitating identification and clinical management.

Precision design :

        - Micrometric tolerances ensure perfect compatibility with restorations, whether digitally machined (CAD/CAM) or made in plaster.

Bottom screw fastening :

        - Enables rigorous positioning of the analog within the model, limiting alignment errors, particularly in multi-implant cases.

Compact dimensions :

        - Reduced design, enabling use even in narrow posterior areas or in the presence of irregular bone ridges.
