Precise Elos analogs for printed models fit perfectly into your digital workflow. And for in-house model printing. It is specially designed to allow larger tolerances in the model. It features self-centering installation, with no risk of incorrect positioning in the model.
- Easy installation - the analog is inserted by pulling it down from the underside of the model.
- It cuts into the model and remains in a fixed position, whatever the size of the hole (too small/too large).
- It is locked - cannot be turned
Models printed in-house require high-quality analogues
Working with models printed in-house often involves major problems related to the small typography of the print socket where the analog is to be installed. The slightest inaccuracy means that the analogue doesn't fit into the socket, and the model has to be remade. It's a challenge on every level: patience, cost and time.
With this Elos Accurate printed analog model, we now have extended, solid locking zones and a design that penetrates the model material for secure snap-in installation. The key to this feature is the bottom installation of the pattern. This ensures that no excessive pressure is exerted on the physical model.
