The OT CAP 1.8 mm diameter threaded sphere is mainly used on cast or machined bars. Combined with a 1.6 mm machined titanium sheath, it can be bonded directly into the thickness of the bar.

If you have the option of having the thread machined directly, in which case you'll need to buy the threaded sphere with M2 thread.

This system is excellent for stabilizing a full bar prosthesis, as it not only provides good stability but also takes up very little space.
