PROTHETIC KITS 20 à 40° (20 to 40°)

The LOCATOR divergent prosthetic kit contains :

- Housing and black work sheath

- Final retention sheaths: Green (High), Orange (Medium), Red (Low)

- The spacer

The divergent prosthetic section, 20° to 40° between two implants, enables the LOCATOR implant abutment to be activated by the retention sleeves. Pivoting technology enables the sheaths to follow the natural movement of the prosthesis, while ensuring optimum retention.

The special feature of divergent sleeves is that they have no central cylinder, unlike the non-divergent prosthetic kit (8519). Retention is therefore peripheral, giving greater freedom of movement.

The metal casing is ribbed to create the best possible bond with the resin. The special feature of this casing is that it confers exceptional resilience to the nylon sheaths. It acts as a shock absorber, enhancing patient comfort during mastication.

The nylon in the sheaths provides elasticity and minimizes load transfer.

The pivoting technology of the sheath in the case allows patients to easily insert and remove their prosthesis. 

When attaching the box, it is essential to keep the black sheath in place, whether in the office or the laboratory.

Important information:

Retaining sleeves must be changed regularly (at least once a year) to maintain their shape and, above all, to protect LOCATOR pillars.
